Growners is the name of SV Patrimonia, a company which has been operating in the commercial property sector since 2003.

We specialise in the purchase of office buildings, and industrial and logistics spaces which we partition into units for sale or rent . Our business can also extend to the renovation of these buildings and the reallocation of sites before placing them on the market. These units are more easily accessible to SMEs who wish to own their commercial spaces and investors alike who are looking to diversify their property portfolio.

Our portfolio consists of a wide range of commercial spaces with a choice of surface areas ranging from 50 m² to 10.000 m². Discover our properties.

In the last decade, our team has developed highly specialised expertise in the various aspects of commercial property acquisition and a real knowledge of the needs and expectations of SMEs.

Our Mission

Growners offers various types of commercial space in Belgium, mainly in the Flemish Brabant, Walloon Brabant and Brussels regions. Our properties are strategically located close to motorway access.

Our Team

Growners is a team of 16 people, led by a trio composed of Vincent Schobbens, the founder of Growners; Eric Bastin, CEO, who manages all operations and teams on a day-to-day basis and Christine Loumaye, Deputy Chairman, who will her skills and expertise to ensure the structural development at Growners over the coming years.
